Sip and Relax · Last updated 6 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Sip and Relax collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers this website, the Sip and Relax Pinterest application, and the affiliate links that may appear on pages we publish.
Sip and Relax is a small independent business operating from Sweden. For the purposes of the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Sip and Relax is the data controller for the data described below. You can reach us any time at the address in the Contact section.
This website does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising or analytics scripts, and does not ask you for personal information. Our Pinterest application touches only our own Pinterest account. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
When you visit this website. This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes standard technical request data — including your IP address, browser type and the time of your request — in order to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse. This is ordinary server logging, it is handled by Cloudflare as our processor, and we do not use it to build any profile of you.
When you email us. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.
When you buy from us. Our products are sold through Etsy. Etsy collects and processes your order and payment information under its own privacy policy, and we never see your full payment details. We receive only what Etsy shows a seller in order to fulfil an order — typically your name, delivery address and order contents.
We operate a private application that uses the Pinterest API to schedule and publish pins for our own shops, and to read performance statistics for our own pins.
Product information published through it comes from our own catalogue. Pinterest's own handling of your data, when you browse or interact with our pins on Pinterest, is governed by the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
Some pages we publish may contain affiliate links, including links to products sold through ClickBank and other affiliate networks. If you follow one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate links normally work by passing a tracking identifier to the merchant, and the merchant or its network may set a cookie in your browser to attribute a later purchase to us. Those cookies are set by the third party, not by us, and we do not have access to them or to the personal or payment details you provide to that merchant. Once you leave for a merchant's site, that merchant's privacy policy applies to everything you do there — please read it.
We never receive your payment information from an affiliate purchase. We typically see only aggregate commission reporting, such as the number of sales attributed to us.
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tracking pixels. The only cookies you may encounter in connection with us are those set by third parties you choose to visit, such as an affiliate merchant, Etsy or Pinterest. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is necessary to run the shop and deliver orders.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website and in responding to messages you send us, and on the performance of a contract where we are fulfilling an order you placed. We keep correspondence and order records only as long as we need them for the purpose collected or to meet accounting and tax obligations, and then delete them.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where we relied on it.
To exercise any of these, email us at the address below and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. If you are in the EU or UK and you believe we have handled your data improperly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority — in Sweden, that is the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Note that where Etsy, Pinterest or an affiliate merchant is the controller of your data, you will need to direct your request to them, as we may not hold it or be able to act on it.
Our website and products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected there.
